1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Skipstars collects, uses, and protects your information, in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to facilitate payments and product delivery:

• Telegram Data: Your Telegram User ID and username to deliver products and link your creator account.
• Blockchain Data: Your public TON wallet address to receive payments.
• Transaction Data: Invoice metadata (product ID, amount) for history logs.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT read your private messages.
• We do NOT collect financial data beyond public blockchain transactions.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We purge old invoice metadata after 90 days of fulfillment. You may request deletion of your creator account at any time, and we will remove your Telegram ID and Wallet Address from our database within 30 days.

5. No Third-Party Sales

We do not and will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only processed to provide the Skipstars payment routing service.
