1. Nature of Service

Skipstars provides a non-custodial payment routing infrastructure on the TON blockchain. We are not a marketplace, nor do we host, control, or take responsibility for any content sold via our platform.

2. Creator Responsibilities

By using Skipstars as a creator, you agree that you are solely responsible for the legality of the products and content you sell. You agree NOT to sell:

• CSAM or any illegal adult content
• Pirated or copyrighted materials
• Drugs, weapons, or illicit goods
• Stolen data or financial fraud guides

3. Enforcement & Suspension

Skipstars reserves the right to suspend or ban any creator at any time without notice if they violate these Terms or are reported for fraudulent activity. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in India and globally.

4. Non-Custodial Payments & Refunds

All transactions are peer-to-peer on the TON blockchain. Skipstars does not hold buyer funds or creator payouts. As such, all fees are non-refundable and Skipstars cannot forcibly reverse transactions.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
